Our parents are precious. They gave us life, taught us how to grow, and guided us through school and life’s milestones. There comes a time when they need our support — and for me, it’s important to be there for them. I want them close, but I also respect their independence.

That’s why an In-Law’s Quarter is such a wonderful solution: it gives them their own home while keeping us together on the same lot. It also allows us to help them with bills, while they enjoy their privacy.

Our designs for in-law units are ideal for being either fully separate from or connected to the main house. Each unit is completely self-sufficient, with its own A/C, water heater, washer and dryer, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave), and sustainable features like solar panels, a 100-foot deep well, and a water purification system.

It’s independence and family connection — in one thoughtful design.
